In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "111pub" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 111pub.net, including all associated services, games, and features made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 111pub platform in any capacity.

To register and use the 111pub platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR's regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of accessing the platform.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

5. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from 111pub or any partner platform.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements above and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 111pub platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When registering your 111pub account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Promptly update your account information should any details change.
• Create a unique, secure password and not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify 111pub immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

111pub reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide supporting documentation upon request.

Failure to complete a KYC verification within a reasonable time period may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is satisfactorily completed.

111pub accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Credit Card, and Debit Card. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at 111pub's discretion.

Deposits:

• All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer methods may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution.
• 111pub does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• 111pub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies as displayed in the cashier section. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• 111pub reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

111pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms issued alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified 111pub account and meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire if the requirement is not met within the allotted time.
• 111pub reserves the right to specify which games contribute toward wagering requirements, and at what percentage contribution rate. Live casino and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or manipulation of deposit/withdrawal cycles — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• 111pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111pub platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, bonuses, or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a software fault are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of cheating in multiplayer game formats.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, KYC processes, or responsible gaming tools through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 111pub staff or other players through any communication channel.

111pub is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of these tools, which are accessible from within the account settings. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111pub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 111pub's control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from third-party software faults, subject to the game provider's published correction policy.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional communications.

Nothing in these terms limits 111pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 111pub operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with 111pub, players may escalate their complaint to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution channel.
